Georg Teigl is a retired Austrian footballer who was born on February 8, 1991, in Vienna, Austria. He started his professional football career in 2008 with Austria Wien II. Later in 2012, he moved to Red Bull Salzburg, where he played for three seasons and won Austrian Bundesliga titles in each of them. He has also played for FC Ingolstadt 04 and SSV Jahn Regensburg in Germany. He retired from professional football in 2021 at the age of 30 due to persistent knee injuries. Throughout his career, he played as a right-back or winger and was known for his speed, agility, and endurance.
